Q. OUR BIGGEST ISSUE IS HIRING, DO YOU OFFER STAFFING SUPPORT?

A. We take part in the selection, interviewing process and succession planning. We have an HR consulting partnership that we build into your project for on-boarding processes.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR PRICING STRUCTURE?

A. Our biggest priority is to learn your business and treat it as if it were our own. Each project is a 3 month engagement minimum in order to execute our coaching plans and strategies properly. We base pricing off of the initial assessment.

 

Q. I’M A STARTUP AND NEED GUIDANCE, CAN YOU HELP ME?

A. Absolutely! Including a business coach to help you build your business foundation properly is the best place to start. We can develop a guide to help you through the process seamlessly by including human resources, accounting, marketing law and charitable organizations along with one on one coaching sessions.

Q. WHAT IF I ONLY NEED WEEKLY COACHING, CAN YOU PROVIDE SERVICES THAT SMALL?

A. Our structure is based off of weekly coaching sessions that include goal reviews and making sure our plan is still relevant to your needs. however, there is a minimum number of weeks in order to see the product of our work.
