Terms of Service

Services: The services provided by DMG Management Group may include in person meetings or telephone conferencing on topics jointly discovered and decided upon with you, The Client.  The purpose of our meetings is to develop and implement strategies to help you reach personally identified goals of enhanced performance and business satisfaction. We may address the client’s profession, life balance, job performance, leadership skills and specific projects. We will utilize business strategic planning, values clarification, brainstorming, motivational counseling and other consulting techniques.

Feedback: During our program we will ask for feedback detailing your experience. If, at any time, you, the client feel that the needs of the project are not being met, please bring this to my attention so that we can discuss your needs and adjust your program as needed.

Session Time: Each meeting is scheduled at the mutual convenience of the consultant and the client.

Call Option: If the client opts to attend a session by phone, I will call the client at the scheduled call time. Should the client miss the call time, the client has a 10-minute window to return the call or the call will need to be rescheduled without a refund.

Cancellations: For all scheduled sessions, you must give 24 hours prior notice if you need to cancel your session or change the time of appointment, otherwise you will be charged for the session in full. The consultant will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions which are cancelled in a timely manner. Should the client fall sick or incur an emergency the client is entitled to one session to be rolled over to the next month if rescheduling is not possible.

Termination: Either party may terminate the consulting relationship for any reason by providing the other party with a one-week written notice.

Confidentiality: As your consultant, it is my duty to protect the confidentiality of the communications with my clients. I will not identify the name of my clients when discussing consulting techniques, goals and focus as well as examples of work to other prospects or active clients without your permission.

Payment: All payments will be invoiced. A late fee no greater 10% will be applied to invoices 1 week past due. No refunds will be given for any reason. If the client “no shows” for a session, you will be invoiced prior to your next session to ensure accountability.

Highlight: All clients will be highlighted on a social media platform. If you chose not to be highlighted, please notify me.
